Bingocize® Falls Prevention at Palm Harbor Parks and Recreation
Stay active, have fun, and reduce your risk of falls with Bingocize®, an evidence-based health promotion program that combines the game of bingo with gentle exercise and fall prevention education.
This interactive workshop is designed for older adults and includes:
- Safe, easy-to-follow exercises to improve strength, balance, and mobility
- Tips for preventing falls at home and in the community
- Education on healthy aging and injury prevention
- Opportunities to socialize while playing bingo
Required Paperwork/Orientation: Wednesday, September 16 from 11:00am-12:00pm
Class Schedule: Wednesdays and Fridays from 11:00am-12:00pm September 23 and ending on December 9, 2026.
Please note there will be no class on November 11, 25, or 27 in observance of holidays.
Open to residents over the age of 60 in Pasco or Pinellas County, FL
