Notice of Intent to Award
The Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc. (AAAPP) for Planning and Service Area 5 (Pasco and Pinellas Counties) will hereby designate as Older Americans Act (OAA)/Local Services Program (LSP) Providers and award contracts to the following respondents to the 2026 Request for Proposal for the period of January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2032:

- Pinellas County: Gulfcoast Legal Services
OAA Title IIIB/LSP – Transportation
- Pasco County: Pasco County Board of County Commissioners, GOPASCO Pasco County Public Transportation
- Pinellas County: Neighborly Care Network
OAA Title IIIC1, Title IIIC2/LSP/Nutrition Services Incentive Program (NSIP) Nutrition Services (Congregate Meals, Home Delivered Meals, Nutritional Counseling, Nutrition Education, Outreach)

This Request for Proposal did not result in a designation or award of a contract to any entity as an Older Americans Act (OAA)/Local Services Program (LSP) Provider for Adult Day Care Services in Pasco County.
Substantially affected parties have the opportunity to request a hearing challenging the proposed action. Instructions on the Appeal Process and on how to request a hearing is provided in the posted Request for Proposal. Failure to file a notice of protest as described in the posted Request for Proposal shall constitute a waiver of proceedings.
