Notice of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Bidders Conference
Contingent upon the availability of funds, the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc. for Planning and Service Area 5 (Pasco and Pinellas Counties),is soliciting sealed proposals for Older Americans Act (OAA) and Local Services Program (LSP) services for the period of January 1, 2027 – December 31, 2027, and for a renewal period of an additional five (5) years. Services are to be provided to eligible residents based upon age.
Proposals are solicited for the following services in both Pasco and Pinellas County: OAA IIIB/LSP Adult Day Care, LSP Expanded Adult Day Care, OAA IIIB/LSP Emergency Alert Response, OAA IIIB/LSP Homemaker, OAA IIIB/LSP Legal, OAA IIIB/LSP Transportation, OAA IIIC/LSP Nutrition services, OAA Title IIID Enhance Fitness, and OAA IIIEG Legal.
Notice of Meetings for Selection of Providers for Older Americans Act (OAA) and Local Services Program (LSP) services.
The Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc (AAAPP) for Planning and Service Area 5 will hold a Selection Team Meeting on July 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to review proposals and make recommendations for the selection of providers for Pasco County OAA IIIC1, IIIC2, LSP, NSIP Nutrition, Pasco County OAA IIIB/LSP Homemaker, Pasco and Pinellas County OAA IIIB/LSP Emergency Alert Response.
The Selection Team Meeting will be held at Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc., 9549 Koger Blvd. N., Suite 100, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
The Program Planning and Development Committee will meet on August 4, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to review the recommendations of the Selection Team and prepare recommendations to the AAAPP Board of Directors for the selection of the OAA IIIB/LSP Adult Day Care, LSP Expanded Adult Day Care, OAA IIIB/LSP Emergency Alert Response, OAA IIIB/LSP Homemaker, OAA IIIB/LSP Legal, OAA IIIB/LSP Transportation, OAA IIIC/LSP Nutrition services, OAA Title IIID Enhance Fitness, and OAA IIIEG Legal services.
