Tawnya has been with the agency since 2005 and brings more than two decades of experience in aging and disability services. Throughout her tenure, she has held several progressive leadership roles, including Director of Program Accountability and Director of the Aging and Disability Resource Center. In her current role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the Programs, ADRC, Community Health, and Outreach departments, ensuring high quality service delivery. Prior to joining AAAPP, she worked with local human service organizations, gaining direct service experience supporting older adults and addressing their needs. Tawnya holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration from the University of South Florida.
