The Helpline serves seniors, adults with disabilities, and caregivers. As part of the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), the Helpline is a trusted place to learn about resources available in Pasco and Pinellas Counties. The Helpline provides information on government funded programs, non-profit agencies, and for-profit businesses that can help promote independent living in the community. Callers often ask about caregiver support, case management, food resources/home delivered meals, health promotion, homemaker/personal care, legal help, Medicare counseling, transportation, and victim advocacy. The Helpline serves as the entry point for programs funded through the Area Agency on Aging and is also the entry for the Statewide Medicaid Managed Care Long-Term Care Program (SMMCLTP) in Pasco and Pinellas counties. The Helpline may link individuals to ADRC staff for telephone screening and prioritization for services.

Calls are answered from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Spanish speaking staff are available to take calls.

The Helpline uses the Florida Relay Service. By dialing 711 individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, or speech impaired can contact the Helpline and receive information and assistance. For more information on Florida Relay click here.
