KEPRO Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) Program
KEPRO is funded by Medicare to be Florida’s Quality Improvement Organization (QIO). QIOs do not charge for any of their services. QIOs help people with Medicare exercise their rights. With a call to KEPRO the Medicare patient can:
- Question and delay a hospital discharge.
- Ask that coverage for skilled services continue.
- File a complaint about his or her medical care.
- Get more information about Medicare rights.
Quality Improvement Organizations are funded by Medicare and do not charge for the services they provide.
People with Medicare, their families, friends and caregivers.
English and Spanish speaking staff. Translation service available for all other languages.
